About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own and ship features across our entire stack. You will work closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to build the platform capabilities our enterprise clients depend on: authority matrices, approval workflows, audit trails, real-time integrations with HRIS/ERP systems, and emerging AI-driven policy features.
This is not a ticket-taker role. You will participate in architecture decisions, mentor other engineers, and have direct influence on the technical direction of the product.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across our React front end and Node.js/Python back end
- Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and data pipelines that integrate with enterprise HRIS, ERP, and identity systems
- Own the reliability and performance of critical platform capabilities including authority calculations, audit trail generation, and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with product and design to translate complex governance and compliance requirements into elegant, usable software
- Drive technical quality through code reviews, testing strategy, and documentation
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform as we expand our intelligent authority management features
- Contribute to infrastructure and deployment practices on AWS
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional full stack development experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Significant experience with relational and/or document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Track record of building and deploying production SaaS applications, preferably in enterprise or B2B contexts
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments
- Comfort working with complex data models and business logic
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling and APIs is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
