📑 Agreements for Customers

For enterprise customers, your relationship with Aptly is governed by:

  • A Cloud Service Agreement (CSA), signed at the time of onboarding, which defines subscription terms, rights, and responsibilities
  • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) (if applicable), which governs Aptly’s handling of Customer Personal Data as a processor
