Aptly synchronizes employee records, job assignments, reporting hierarchies, and organizational structures from UKG Pro. As employees join, change roles, move between managers, or exit the organization, those updates automatically trigger corresponding authority updates in Aptly.

Aptly automates the full delegation lifecycle based on UKG Pro data.
